In this training, Jeff Tewell of COA Barrett (the “Expert” when it comes to building permits and septic systems) will cover the Residential Building Permit process, including the application process, perc tests, septic system design, lot layouts, building restriction lines, dealing with steep slopes and other development and environmental challenges. He will also review the process for replacing failed septic systems. This is a “Can’t Miss” training!
